Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase (such as your order number and order confirmation email).

How to Start a Return

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, package the item securely and ship it directly to our return address:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., incorrect size selected, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees charged on any returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Personal care, cosmetic, or fragrance items that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items explicitly designated as non-returnable.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return at our facility, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds back to your account.
